1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Name My Baby Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Name My Baby Pro is a baby name discovery and milestone tracking application. The App provides access to a curated database of over 20,000 baby names from diverse cultural origins, including meanings, popularity insights, and origin information. The App also includes a baby milestone tracker that allows you to record and track important moments in your baby's development.

3. Account Registration

To use the App, you must sign in with your Apple ID via Sign in with Apple. Your account is linked to your Apple ID and is used to manage your subscription, favorites, and milestone data. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple ID and all activity under your account.

4. Subscription & Payment

Name My Baby Pro offers auto-renewable subscription plans that unlock premium features including access to the full name database, detailed name meanings, popularity insights, the baby milestone tracker, and unlimited favorites.

• Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings in the App Store. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
• Price Changes: Subscription prices may change. You will be notified in advance of any price changes, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. User Content

You may create and store content within the App, including favorite name lists, baby profiles, and milestone entries. You retain ownership of any content you create. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent subscription requirements or access controls
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Use the App to collect data about other users

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and data within the App — including the baby name database, meanings, origin descriptions, and user interface — are the intellectual property of Name My Baby Pro and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App's content without express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Baby name meanings, origins, and popularity data are provided for informational purposes only and may not be exhaustive or fully accurate for all cultural contexts.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Name My Baby Pro and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

10. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the App's Settings. Deleting your account will permanently remove all associated data, including your favorites, baby profiles, and milestone entries. This action cannot be undone. Active subscriptions must be canceled separately through the App Store.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App and on this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services including Apple's Sign in with Apple for authentication and RevenueCat for subscription management. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Apple's Standard EULA

This App also adheres to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
