Frequently Asked Questions

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, then Name My Baby Pro. From there you can change your plan or cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

How do I restore my purchases on a new device?

Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase. Then open the app, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases. Your subscription will be restored automatically.

How do I delete my account and data?

Go to Settings within the app and tap "Delete Account." This will permanently remove all your data including favorites, baby profiles, and milestones. Active subscriptions must be canceled separately through the App Store.

Is my data stored on your servers?

No. All your data (favorites, baby profiles, milestones) is stored locally on your device. We do not maintain external servers that store your personal content.

What does the premium subscription include?

Premium unlocks access to the full database of over 20,000 baby names from diverse cultural origins, detailed name meanings and origins, popularity insights, the baby milestone tracker, and unlimited favorites.
