Name My Baby Pro ("the App") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your information.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Apple ID Information: When you sign in with Apple, we receive a unique user identifier, and optionally your name and email address (if you choose to share them). Apple may provide a private relay email address instead of your actual email.
• User-Created Content: Data you create within the App, including favorite baby names, baby profiles (name, date of birth, photo), and milestone entries (title, date, notes, category).
• Subscription Data: Your subscription status is managed through RevenueCat and Apple's App Store. We do not directly process or store payment information.
• Device Information: Basic device identifiers used for subscription management through RevenueCat.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to:

• Provide and operate the App's features
• Authenticate your account via Sign in with Apple
• Manage your subscription status
• Store your favorites, baby profiles, and milestones
• Provide customer support when requested

4. Data Storage

Your user-created content (favorites, profiles, milestones) is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. Your account authentication data is stored securely in your device's Keychain. We do not maintain external servers that store your personal content.

5. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Sign in with Apple: For secure authentication. Governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
• RevenueCat: For subscription and in-app purchase management. RevenueCat may collect device identifiers and purchase history to manage your subscription. Governed by RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
• Apple App Store: For processing payments and managing subscriptions. Governed by Apple's terms and privacy policy.

We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to any other third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

6. Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your location data
• We do not access your contacts, calendar, or photos (except photos you explicitly select for baby profiles, which are stored locally only)
• We do not use analytics or tracking SDKs
• We do not serve advertisements
• We do not collect browsing or usage behavior for profiling

7. Children's Privacy

The App is a tool for parents and expecting parents to explore baby names and track milestones. It is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: View all your data within the App at any time.
• Deletion: Delete your account and all associated data through the App's Settings. This permanently removes your favorites, baby profiles, and milestone entries.
• Portability: Your data is stored locally on your device and can be accessed through standard iOS backup mechanisms.
• Withdraw Consent: You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.

9. Data Retention

Your data is retained on your device for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account through the App's Settings, all associated data is permanently and immediately removed from your device. Subscription records managed by Apple and RevenueCat are subject to their respective retention policies.

10. Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including Apple's Keychain for credential storage and on-device data storage via SwiftData. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure, but we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected within the App with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
